If you have relatives, do online support or job freelancing and you have no access to paypal or you don have credit card you still can receive money converted to peso via xoom payment.
You just need to give your account number, name, address, bank where you want the payment to land. Much easier than waiting on paypal and quite quicker than I expected.

I tried this method when the ( my client ) cannot pay hon paypal because of weird problem that he is getting ( i don't know what it is ) so we check another payment method and this xoom worked like a charm. It only took like 2-3 days or lesser since I dont really check ever hour.
The payment was transfered to my bank BPI just remind them to send it converted via philippine peso and give EXACT details.
